What is the value for money I get when purchasing products at Softarama?

How much time will it take for my license to arrive?

You should see your license key immediately at the thank-you page.
Use this key to register you copy of the product and to turn it fully functional.
We will also send you a confirmation email with the purchase details; usually this takes a few minutes, but can take up to 24 hours.

What is the return policy for your software?

We provide a free trial version, so you can test the software before you buy.
Upon purchase you're entitled to a full refund up to 60 days later, no questions asked.

What if I don't want to make a purchase?

You are not obligated in any way to purchase the product if for any reason you are not satisfied with it. Uninstall it, and your system will revert to its' previous state.

Can I use my 'Single license' on all my machines?

We offer one license for one machine only. If you need more licenses to work on multiple PC's, you can get more keys at special rates at our site.

Do you offer volume license discounts or can we arrange a special price for a multi-license purchase?

Yes, we offer volume discounts - If you like to purchase more than 5 licenses for one of our products, you may also contact us at and get a tailored offer to suit your needs.

I have registered your software, but lost my registration details - what now?

It is very important that you save your Original Receipt (at least your Order ID) or Registration Email. In case it is lost, we will need the email address you used while registering, as we will send the registration details only to the same email address.
