How to send an Email Message?

1. To send an email, touch or click the Mail button on the Home screen.
2. To write an email, touch, or click, the Write Mail button.
2.1. If you see the person you want to write, touch, or click, their name.
2.2. If you don't see the name of the person you want to write, touch or click the New Person button on the left side of the screen, type in the email address and click the Add Email button. Next, enter the person's name and click the Done button.
3. You can either type the message on the keyboard or speak the message into the computer's microphone. Touch or click the button for the kind of message you want to send, type or record your message and click on the Send This Email button .

Can I use my own email account?

Unfortunately, at this time, Seniorama only supports email addresses we create

How to use the Internet?

1. To use the internet, touch or click the Internet button on the Home screen. Use the keyboard to type what you are looking for and click the Search Now! button. This can be a word like 'baseball' or 'lottery' or a website address like 'www.cnn.com'.
2. Seniorama displays a list of websites that match what you're searching for. Touch or click the blue, underlined words to go to those websites.
3. You can save websites that you would like to visit again by clicking the Save Site button, naming it, and clicking the OK button. You will then see your saved websites in Your Top Websites list on the Internet screen.

How can I add photos to the Photos application?

You can only view photos that were sent to you through the email.
In order to add photos simply have them sent to your Seniorama mailbox

What are the system requirements?

• Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 (Apple OSX is not supported at this time)
• 1GB of RAM, at least 1GHz CPU
• 250MB of free hard drive space

I have purchased & installed the product but it still says that I need to purchase it...?

You need to register the trial version of the product using the registration key you purchased. This will unlock the full functionality of the product.

What languages are supported?

English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Cantonese, Chinese (Simp), Chinese (Trad), Portuguese, Hebrew, Afrikaans, Finnish, Dutch.

Will I be notified about updates for the software?

We will keep you posted on updates released. There is also an updater feature in the applications, to check if there's a newer version - all you got to do is click it. If there is such a version it will automatically be downloaded and installed.
